Functions

The following functions will allow you to make reservations for rooms managed by the Rectorate.

A teaching or meeting room will be referred to you depending on the type of your event and the availability of the rooms. In some cases, your request will not be processed immediately. Please consult the restrictions regarding room requests for more information.

Courses

Choose this function if you want to book a Rectorate room for a course:

  1. Search and select a course (the search will only include courses which have already been published in the course catalogue).
  2. Enter all information on the favoured reservation period, the type of room and any special qualities of the room. Please mind the existing reservations (Link: Details).
  3. Send the request.

You will receive an email confirming your reservation.

Other event

Choose this function if you want to book a Rectorate room for any event other than a course:

  1. Enter all information on the event.
  2. Enter all information on the favoured reservation period, the type of room and any special qualities of the room.
  3. Send the request.

You will receive an email confirming your reservation.

Meeting

Choose this function if you want to book a Rectorate room for a meeting:

  1. Enter all information on the meeting.
  2. Enter all information on the favoured reservation period, the type of room and any special qualities of the room.
  3. Send the request.

You will receive an email confirming your reservation.

Availability or reservation of (teaching/meeting) rooms

The functions „search for available rooms“ or „search for available meeting rooms“ will show the availability of rooms managed by the Rectorate. If a room is available, you can proceed directly through the room request application.

  1. Enter the search criteria for the room and start the search.
  2. See the details of an existing reservation or make a new request.

Existing reservations

This function will allow you to view the reservation details of a specific event.

  1. Enter the search criteria for the event and start the search.
  2. Click on a specific event to see the details.

Restrictions

  • The Room and Course Scheduling Office does not process any incoming room requests for teaching rooms after 6.00 pm during the upcoming semester until after the publication of the course catalogue.
  • Room requests for events held on Monday to Friday from 8.00 am - 6.00 pm will only be processed from the third semester week onwards.
  • Room requests for meeting rooms and recurring events held during the semester will be processed at all times.
