Help for "Room Request"

Search and reservation of rooms managed by the Rectorate (availability and reservations)

The application Room Request allows authorized persons to check the availability of rooms managed by the Rectorate, to ask for room reservations and to view details (time, room) for their events.

Restrictions

The Room and Course Scheduling Office does not process any incoming room requests for teaching rooms after 5.00 pm during the upcoming semester until after the publication of the course catalogue.
Room requests for events held on Monday to Friday from 8.00 am - 5.00 pm will only be processed from the third semester week onwards.
Room requests for meeting rooms and recurring events held during the semester will be processed at all times.
