Solidarity Fund for Foreign Students

The Solidary Fund supports foreign students in their Bachelor and Master studies (permit B status).

Eligibility

• regularly enroled first study as Bachelor or Master student at ETH Zurich;
International Masterstudents with a non-swiss Bachelor or ETH degree are not eligible.
• studied for at least one semester (BSc)
• minimum of 20 ECTS in 1 semester or 40 ECTS in the last two semester (from the third semester onwards, not first year students)

From the third semester onwards, the Basic Examination must be passed.

Documents required:
First application: CV and motivation letter, explaining the difficult financial situation
All applications: Same documents as for ETH application plus copy of permit B and report of the last semester.
The system eSTIP will guide you through and ask for the documents to be uploaded.
