ETH couples on Valentine's Day
The December issue of the "life" magazine portrayed three couples who met at ETH Zurich. Today on Valentine's Day a little "revival" of the love spirit is taking place: Where and how did other couples get to know each other at ETH Zurich?
Jiayi and Chris met ten years ago at the Asian Mensa in the CLA building and two years later they completed their studies at the ETH Department of Management, Technology and Economics. Today they both work in Zurich and are proud parents of a son.
Woranan and Kittiphon met at a dinner party of a mutual friend in Zurich. At that time, they both were completing their master's programme at ETH. Today they are in a long-distance relationship, as Kittiphon is doing his doctorate in Barcelona and Woranan hers at ETH. They would like to spend their future together in their home country Thailand.
Miriam and Jonas met on the Polybahn during the first semester of their studies in physics at ETH. After graduation, both are now doing a doctorate at the Paul Scherrer Institute. Miriam and Jonas married in December 2017.
