Prof. Johann Kolar elected to the "National Academy of Engineering"

Prof. Johann Kolar, head of the Power Electronic Systems Laboratory (PES), has been elected to the US National Academy of Engineering (NAE) "for contributions to power-​electronic technologies, multiobjective design optimization, education, and technology transfer to industry." Election to the NAE is among the highest professional distinctions accorded to an engineer.
