Import additional study achievements
The “Other ETH study achievements” function imports study achievements from other degree programmes or programme regulations.
Only study achievements that were not listed in the final academic record in the original programme regulations are displayed for transfer, provided a final academic record already exists for them. In addition, the transfer must be permitted in the programme regulation of the current degree programme. This means that they must be listed in the Course Catalogue in the current degree programme in the semester in which the performance assessment was passed.
The Study Administration can be contacted if study achievements are not listed which should be relocated.
Students can transfer individual study achievements to the current degree programme with the the “Other ETH study achivements” function, if they have not been applied to the final academic record of another degree programme
For example, GESS subjects completed in the Bachelor's degree programme can be transferred to the Master's degree programme if additional credits were earned in the "GESS" category.
After clicking on the button "Other ETH study achievements", the study achievements that should be used for the final academic record in the current degree programme can be marked. With click on the "Import options marked" button the selected study achievements are transferred. The transfer can be cancelled by clicking on the "Back" button.
Notice: Study achievements that have been transferred are definitely moved to the current programme regulation. They are no longer usable in the original programme regulation.
