eDoz is an academic application that supports the lecturers at ETH Zurich with the administrative tasks connected with their teaching.

Login Profile

View the latest information and check your address data.

Communication/Lists

Communicate directly by e-mail with students who have enrolled for your course units or registered for examinations or with your doctoral students. Export detailed lists containing additional useful information.

Tutor

If you are elected by the students as a tutor, you need to confirm or reject the choice. You can communicate with these students, check the Learning Agreements and approve projects/papers/theses.

Project/Paper/Thesis

Supervisor must review and confirm the details of the project/paper/thesis. You may also upload the task description and make an entry when a project/paper/thesis has been submitted.

Scheduling

Confirm or correct details of your courses and performance assessments during the scheduling process. Check or enter descriptions of your course units.

Provide learning material for the purpose of educational support.

Grades/Results

Enter the results of performance assessments and send those to the Administration Offices.

Enter the grades for Qualifying Exam of Doctoral Students or confirmations of course attendance or individual ETH credits for Doctoral Students.

Exam Scheduling

The planning of oral session examinations is based on the information you provide in the date questionnaire.

On the examination schedule you can see all necessary information about oral and/or written session examinations.

Dates for end-of-semester examinations can be entered by yourself.

Substitutes

Authorise other people to deputise for you in certain roles.
