The Communication Academy is a continuing education education programme for science communication run by ETH Zurich’s Corporate Communications. Its aim is to enable scientists to communicate their research in a comprehensible and compelling way to a non-scientific audience. In this way, ETH Zurich contributes to a constructive dialogue between science and society.

The courses offered by the Communication Academy are aimed at doctoral candidates, postdocs, senior scientists and professors of ETH Zurich as well as the four research institutes PSI, Empa, WSL and Eawag.

The course programme for the Fall 2023 Semester can be found here. Doctoral candidates, postdocs and professors can register for the courses from 4 September to 18 September 2023. Pre-registration is not possible. Please register only if you really want to participate and read the registration conditions carefully.

The courses offered by the Communication Academy are free of charge. No ECTS credits are awarded for them. However, anyone who completes one of the one or two-day workshops will receive a certificate of attendance.
