LunchLottery now to be held monthly

The ETH LunchLottery has been growing in popularity over the past three months. Now the LunchLottery drawing will be held once per month instead of every two weeks. This gives the three participants more time to find a meeting slot that works for everyone.

It's a welcome change of pace in many people's home office routines: the LunchLottery randomly assigns members of the ETH community to three-person groups so that they can get to know one another at a lunch or coffee break. The programme offers a good opportunity to make more contacts at ETH despite the current coronavirus restrictions.

Same concept, more relaxed rhythm

The LunchLottery concept remains unchanged, but the frequency of the drawings has been adjusted. Based on feedback from participants, we have decided to change how often people are assigned LunchLottery partners. Now LunchLottery will randomly assign you two meetup partners from the ETH community once per month instead of every two weeks. This will give you some more time to find a lunch or coffee break slot that suits all three of you.
