ALEA – The Art of Leadership Award at ETH Zurich
The ALEA Award (an acronym for The Art of LEAdership) honours leaders who enable advanced and innovative working conditions and who promote and support actively the reconciliation of work, family and avocational engagement.

On occasion of the 10th anniversary, the «ALEA-Award» was created as a successor prize of the «Golden Tricycle». The award expands the previous range and promotes reconciliation of work and personal life, career development, and a diverse and respectful working environment. A jury will choose three finalists according to defined criteria for exemplary leadership. The price is awarded by AVETH with support of the office of equal opportunities, Equal!, and HR.
