Birkhäuser Building Types online
The new full-text database Birkhäuser Building Types online supports architecture enthusiasts on issues from the field of design and buildings.
The database offers:
- over 5,000 scale plans
- over 2,000 photographs of exteriors and interiors
- expert analyses of residential and office buildings, schools, industrial structures, museums, libraries and sacred buildings
An innovative search e. g. by building type, volumetric constellations or even urban design context is possible.
For licensing reasons, access to the Birkhäuser Building Types online database is restricted to the ethz.ch domain. Non-members of ETH Zurich can use it on ETH-Bibliothek premises.
