Description	Have you successfully completed the "Introduction to collegial coaching - basic" course and already counsel, consult or coach others on a regular basis? Are you now interested in a possibility to practice coaching and to use different coaching instruments with greater skill? Then please consider joining our "Collegial Coaching Practitioner Day" programme. Content	We will offer different coaching-experiments and exercises, giving you several possibilities to coach, to practice and to carefully reflect on what you have learned. Decision-making: You will learn at least one new coaching-method that you can use straight away when your coachee has a decision to make.
