You would like to feel satisfied, balanced and fulfilled after an eventful and productive week? In 4 course modules you will be given important tools to work more efficiently and effectively while keeping your own well-​being in balance. In addition, there will be a focus on implementation, because it is only through the learning of new productive habits that personal time management can be optimized in the long term.

  • Analysis of work habits and time behavior as well as determination of time-stealers
  • Reflections on personal values, wishes and desires; development of a live vision and definition of job-related and personal goals
  • Personal energy management and peak performance, mental training
  • Time management methods and tools

Participants will: - know their personal time-​stealer and how to counteract them - learn to set realistic goals and how to prioritize - know different methods and tools to plan their day/week - discover when they are their best and learn how to deal with stressful situations

- Knowledge transfer and exchange via Zoom based on 4 online modules of max. 2.5h each
- Learning platform to deepen and implement what has been learned
- Learning teams as «accountability buddies» to increase the commitment as well as the exchange
- Optional: 1h Q&A sessions via Zoom during the self-​learning phase as support
