Correction phase for lecturers and examiners (Autumn Semester 2024):
25.03.2024-26.04.2024

The correction phase is the time allocated for revising the data transferred from the previous year, and lasts five weeks. During this period, the following data must be checked, amended and/or confirmed by all lecturers and examiners using eDoz (eDoz > Scheduling) 

To be checked by the leading examiners.

How course units are examined.

Continuous performance assessments must be announced in the Course Catalogue, under “Performance assessment > Additional information on mode of examination”.

End-of-semester exams: The date, time and room (if known) of the end-of-semester examinations are to be recorded. Rooms need to be reserved in advance through . The examination dates can be entered until the end of the 7th week of the semester. They are published for students in myStudies.
For On-Campus Online Examinations: email the examination dates to one week earlier (by the end of the 6th week of the semester) for review.

The information about performance assessment that is published in the DownloadCourse catalogue is binding on students and examiners from the start of the semester and thereafter can only be changed with permission from the Vice-​Rector for Study Programmes.

Course content.
Title, abstract and learning objective of the course unit need to be provided in English and in the original course language.

Competencies: In the Catalogue Data (eDoz > Scheduling > Catalogue data), lecturers have to specify which “Competencies” students can develop in their course (Competencies). The declaration is compulsory.

Additional material such as learning environments, websites, podcasts, literature, etc. The course documentation repository offers an easy way of providing digital documents for courses.  Students attending the course will automatically be given access to the repository.

Once the correction phase is over, lecturers and examiners are no longer able to make any changes regarding courses and performance assessments directly via eDoz. The relevant schedule coordination must be notified via e-mail, by telephone or in writing of any subsequent changes.
