Only tick the box "Entry together with doctorate supervisor" if the supervisor of your doctoral thesis has been newly appointed to ETH and you are moving to ETH with him/her.

When searching for the assistance of supervisor, also start typing a name and choose from the suggestions.

If a second advisor is already known at this time, fill in the fields that will appear. Otherwise, leave it at "not known yet".
