Awards ceremony
The next doctoral awards ceremony will take place on 12 July 2024, 17:15.
Participation in this ceremony is only possible if the doctoral administration receives your deposit copies by 31 May 2024 at the latest. Attention: the date of receipt and not the date of dispatch applies!
The doctoral awards ceremony at which the doctoral degree certificates are presented takes place four times a year.
- Time: always on Friday, from 17:15h
- Duration: 60 – 90 min. (depending on how many doctores attend the ceremony)
- Place: in ETA F5 (Zentrum) or HPH G1 (Hönggerberg)
After submitting the deposit copies to the Doctoral Administration Office, around 6 weeks before the relevant doctoral awards ceremony you will receive a link by e-mail for an online form, where you can register for resp. deregister from the doctoral awards ceremony. If you are unable to attend the doctoral awards ceremony, the doctoral degree certificate will be sent to you by registered mail on the day of the relevant doctoral awards ceremony.
