Booking Block for Teaching Rooms
Booking block during the semester
Bookings for one-off or block events during the semester in normal teaching hours (Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm) cannot be made until the third week of the semester, or ten working days before the event.
Bookings for internal events after 6 pm, can be made after publication of the Course Catalogue.
Booking block for the examination session
No large events may take place during the examination sessions.
Until the final examination schedule has been published, no bookings can be made for rooms needed for examinations for the entire duration of the examination session.
Publication of the examination schedules:
5 to 6 weeks before the summer session (calendar week 4 to 7)
3 to 4 weeks before the winter session (calendar week 32 to 35)
