Description

Converia is a Conference Management Software for scientific events (conferences, congresses, symposia). For advanced training, seminars and alumni meetings this software offers as well a suitable tool for the event management.

Organisers get an overview on relevant processes and access to all data and bookings.

Converia offers its users comprehensive functionality like participant registration with online payment (credit card, more to follow), paper and abstract submission, paper and abstract reviewing, conference planner, email  and a content management system (CMS) of its own for the maintenance of the integrated conference website.

Our conference team offers consulting, implements your requirements and provides training for the administration of your data. Our team offers six years of experience with conference and event management and has know-how and best practices at your disposal.

The  conference management tool “Converia” is available to employees and academics at ETH Zurich.

Costs for the service depend on the functionality used, on the number of papers, registrations, and on the level of service you book with us. On the basis of the completed application form we can offer you a cost estimate.
