General terms and conditions

Course Content & Prerequisites

Please, read the course description carefully and pay attention to the basic requirements in order to enroll for the correct course level.

Registration

A course registration is binding & personal and is liable for course fees. For certain courses, we have a non-binding waiting list.

Registration Withdrawal

You may cancel your registration up to 30 calendar days prior to the course date - free of charge. From 29 calendar days prior to the course date a fee of 40% will be charged. In case of illness or accident no fees will be charged. We reserve the right to request of a medical certificate. Upon non-appearance or shortened participation the full course fee will be charged.

Cancellation

A course cancellation may be announced at short notice if the minimum number of participants has not been reached or if the instructor is unexpectedly unavailable. In such an event you are released from all obligations with regard to course expenses.

Payment

For ETH internal billing of the course, we need the cost centre or PSP element. Employees who pay the course themselves have to provide their private address for the invoicing. The invoice address has to be completed for ETH related organizations. The costs will be charged after the event.
