Auditors: Non-ETH members
This group includes, in particular
- all students of those universities which have no official cooperation agreements with ETH Zurich
- all students of universities of applied sciences.
Registration for the first time or after a break
Please fill out the registration form (PDF, 125 KB) in full and submit it to the Registrar’s Office by post or (in scanned form) by e-mail, or deliver it personally at the desk (see form for address).
Registration opens January, 1 for the Spring Semester and August, 1 for the Autumn Semester. Registration deadline: end of the second week (of the respective semester).
The ETH Zurich Registrar’s Office will confirm your registration and first-time/post-break semester enrolment by post.
Registration for a consecutive semester
Auditors with acitve registration will automatically receive an e-mail (sent to their ETH e-mail address) in July (for the Autumn Semester) or December (for the Spring Semester) from the Registrar’s Office informing them that they may register for a consecutive semester.
Registration deadline: end of the second semester week.
Fees / Invoicing
Fees correspond to the Fee Ordinance of the ETH Domain. Currently they are CHF 50.00 per weekly semester hour, to a maximum of CHF 580.00 per semester.
Example: Attending a course which takes place two hours per week costs CHF 100.00 for the whole semester.
The Rectorate will issue an invoice after the fifth week of the semester. It will be sent to you automatically by e-mail and must be paid within 30 days.
