ETH Zurich celebrated its 159th year at this year’s ETH Day (its academic holiday) on 22 November 2014, together with guests from research, politics, and industry.

ETH Zurich celebrated the traditional ETH Day together with its numerous guests. A special appreciation was shown for the resigning ETH President Ralph Eichler. The speeches were focusing on the concern, that Switzerland is increasingly isolating itself.
