ETH as an event venue
According to the Regulations on Room Use at ETH Zurich (only in German) events, promotions/installations or distribution campaigns by external providers can only be held at ETH Zurich if there is a direct connection with ETH, education and research.
A third-party/external event is confirmed as having a connection with ETH by being sponsored by an ETH organisation.
What sponsorship entails and what needs to be taken into account is described in the Information sheet (PDF, 35 KB)
