Hans Eggenberger Prize 2015
Dr. Martin Ebner from the group of Prof. Vanessa Wood and Reto Pfenninger from the group of Prof. Jennifer Rupp were awarded the Hans-Eggenberger Award 2015. Prof. Wood and Prof. Rupp are both members of the Energy Science Center.
The Hans Eggenberger Prize is awarded annually to outstanding young scientists in recognition of an outstanding bachelor, master or doctoral thesis. More information about the Prize are available on the external pagededicated webpagecall_made (German)
Reto Pfenninger won the prize for his master thesis "Strained Metal Oxide Heterostructures for Resistive Switching Microdevices" and Dr. Martin Ebner for his doctoral thesis "Building Better Batteries: Quantification and Visualization of Lithium Ion Battery Electrode Microstructure".
