Fees and terms of participation

Registration via the myAlumni portal is binding. At fee-based events, cancellations can be made seven working days before the event at no costs. The cancellation must take place in written form. The full price will be charged to those who fail to comply with this deadline or fail to show up at the event. For free events obligatory registration is appreciated.

Currently we only accept payments by credit card and can no longer issue invoices for our events. We ask you kindly to register directly via the MyAlumni Portal, if you have forgotten your login data, you can request it external pagehere or write an email to or call us at 044 632 51 00.

Career evening events cost (unless otherwise specified in the event description) CHF 35.- for ETH Alumni members and CHF 35.- for an accompanying, CHF 45.- for non-members and CHF 45.- for an accompanying person. We do not offer discounts for students and doctoral students.

Participation fees for one-day workshops range between CHF 200 and CHF 300 for members and CHF 300 to CHF 400 for non-members. Students and doctoral students of ETH Zurich are entitled to a discount.

If there are still places available at evening events, we will charge a processing fee per person of CHF 15.- for non-registered participants. We kindly ask you to show your credit card at the entrance.

Focus events cost CHF 60.- for ETH Alumni members and CHF 60.- for an accompanying person, CHF 80.- for non-members and CHF 80.- for an accompanying person. Students and doctoral students of ETH Zurich can attend at the discounted price of CHF 30.

Travel fees depend on the scope of the trip and will be listed in the trip announcements.

Inside Events are free of charge. They are open to delegates of the affiliate organisations.
