Schedule

An individual weekly schedule based on the coursesand groups you registered for is displayed for each semester. All courses are displayed in the same schedule even if you have course registrations in several programmes.

Do you want to remove individual courses from the timetable, e.g. exercises that you do not attend? Then remove the 'Display' tick in the list view.

Notes:

  • The personal schedule displays only regular weekly courses in the current semester. Individual courses or block courses are not listed in this schedule.
  • Regular courses that take place only in the first or second half of the semester are displaied without comment. Please contact the Course Catalogue for details on such coures.
  • Access to schedules of previous semesters  is not possible.
  • If you are enrolled in several programmes, all courses of all programmes are displayed.
  • If a group in a course has been selected, only time and location of the selected group will be displayed, plus - if available - other times and locations of the course which do not belong to any group.

Courses can be individually removed from the schedule by marking out the checkbox under "Display". Tutorials or seminars which are conducted through severeal groups and can take place at different times or locations, can thus be restricted to the ones which you are actually visiting.

ics-Symbol: Download

Clicking this symbol generates a calendar file in the standard format called .ics. This file can be imported easily into your personal agenda (iCal, Outlook, Google Calendar and others) and looks like this:

  • The file contains all courses and groups you registered for, including individual, irregular courses such as block courses or excursions.
  • Courses and groups you ticked out deliberately in the "list view" are not part of the file.
  • The exact start point and end point are transferred, according to the starting times of the building and to the time of the day - unless there are individual arrangements.
  • Individual courses which are planned not to take place e.g. Easter Monday will not be transferred.
  • Apart from title, lecturers and location, the main links for downloading course documents are shown in the calendar details.

Attention:

  • Only planned courses are displayed. Individual changes made later by the lecturers cannot be taken into account and need to be corrected individually.
  • Disclaimer: There is an exclusion of liability: If a course date or location changes, or if a course is cancelled, ETH Zurich will not be liable for possible damages or consequences related to the fact that changes are not updated in the personal agenda.
  • The transfer of the data into your personal calendar is your private responsibility. ETH Zurich does not provide any technical support in case of transfer problems, or in case you would have additional requirements for the data transfer.
  • Only course terms that will take place in the future will be transferred. There is no transfer for courses from the past.
