Active degree programmes

For each degree programme, a matriculation bar is displayed along with the semester enrolment status: enrolled or not enrolled. Before the semester enrolment, the enrolment deadline is also displayed.

Students attending more than one degree programme must enrol for the current semester for each degree programme. It is important to ensure that the course units are registered for in the correct degree programme.

Enrolment deadline (displayed text)

A red message appears for each matriculation if

  • enrolment for the coming semester has not yet taken place and the deadline has not yet expired.
  • enrolment for the coming semester has not yet taken place and the deadline has expired.

The enrolment deadline is 2 weeks after the start of the semester. Further information on enrolment.

Access to all functions is also possible without enrolment for the following semester.

Access to matriculations that are no longer active

Access to old matriculations (e.g. to the data of a completed Bachelor’s degree enrolment when currently enrolled in a Master’s programme) remain possible for six months after withdrawal.

If study certifications (e.g. transcript of records) are required at a later date, the webshop or the corresponding department at ETH should be contacted.
