Course Units

On these lists you can see all the students who have enrolled for a particular course unit, regardless of whether there is also a corresponding examination registration.

Number of Students
You will not see all the enrolments until two weeks after the start of the semester, because until then not all the students will have finished enrolling for their course units.

Students in the first semester of Bachelor programmes cannot enrol for course units until the first day of the semester. All other students can enrol beforehand.

Course unit is not displayed
Lecturers requiring a teaching assignment only have access to their course unit/course if the teaching assignment has been applied for from the Rectorate by the relevant department (the same rule applies to publication in the Course Catalogue).

In this case, contact the person responsible for teaching assignments in your department.

Grades / Results
For students to be given grades/results for their semester performances, it is essential that they have enrolled for the course. The list that you see displayed for this purpose under "Grades/Results -> Semester performances" is the same as the list of enrolments.

Deleting enrolments
Students can delete their enrolments, provided you have not issued any confirmation of course attendance or ETH credits, and/or they have not registered for an examination and no results have been entered for a performance assessment.

Time of enrolment
In the export file of the list of enrolments, you can see among other details also the date and time when the students enrolled.
