Password

Persons who ask for a new password will receive it by email. However, this is only possible for registered external applicants.

  • Please enter the same e-mail address you provided when you registered. If another e-mail address is used, the password will not be sent. 
  • Please change the password immediately after having received the e-mail. Log in and use the “account” function to set a new password. 

Internal applicants who need a new password are to contact the ID-Service Desk ,Tel. (044-63) 277 77. They can be reached during office hours and are always quick to help. For security reasons, the Call Center employees may only reset the password after you have identified yourself.
