Applied Geophysics Master
Specialised Joint Master programme
The Master’s degree programme offers an overall education in all areas of applied geophysics, particularly the areas of exploration and the extraction of raw materials (especially hydrocarbons), and in environmental and engineering geophysics (including exploration and extraction of geothermal energy).
The Master in Applied Geophysics is an overlapping college
study from the IDEA League (www.idealeague.org).

Structure:
The Master’s degree programme in Applied Geophysics is an inter-university degree programme which comprises an exchange between ETH Zurich, TU Delft and RWTH Aachen. Students attend lectures at all three universities.
Entrance requirements:
Qualifying Bachelor’s degree programmes: Earth Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Physics, and Engineering Sciences. or equivalent degree.
