Human Movement Sciences
The scientific background of human movement
The focus of this course is human movement as an
interdisciplinary field of study. It emphasises aspects not only of
Natural Sciences and Engineering, but
also of the Humanities and Social Sciences.
The Bachelor programme became part of the new
programme "Health Sciences and Technology" in the Autumn semester 2011, the Master programme will become part of the new
programme "Health Sciences and Technology" in the Autumn semester 2014.
Career profile:
Thanks to their interdisciplinary training, graduates work together with specialists from medicine, sport and engineering on interfaces where movement is important, for example, in health, work, leisure and sport.
